Eligibility for Refund – Refunds are issued under the following circumstances: 

• • We do not return the amount once the product or services purchased so, kindly check the product at your end before making a payment. We will refund your amount only in special case if approved by the management of Seven Oceans Teleservices Pvt. Ltd. in writing, but if someone tries to misuse, they’re legally bound.

Non-Refundable Circumstances – Refunds will not be issued in the following situations: 

• • User Error: Mistakes made by the user, such as incorrect numbers, message content errors, or misuse of the service, are not eligible for a refund.

• • Change of Mind: Refunds will not be provided if you simply change your mind after purchasing the service.

• • Violation of Terms: If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our terms and conditions, you will not be eligible for a refund.

• • Investigation: Upon receiving your request, our team will investigate the claim. This process may take up to 2 weeks (except weekends and bank holidays).

• • Approval: If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
